Baguette, as good as ever
不論是香港還是日本,一樣的品質,一樣的口感~~好吃


Amuse Bouche: Watermelon Jelly with flash frozen lemon powder, interesting and refreshing.
仲夏夜之夢的開始


Starter: Risotto with sweetbread, just the right texture, very rich and flavorful.
外表很像土魠魚的肉塊,實際上是小牛羊的胰臟,搭配上軟硬適中的Risotto


Soup: Radish ginger broth, with crab meat stuffed in a Shitake mushroom. Southeast Asian influence, delicate and light.
充滿女性的氣氛的擺盤,搭配上清爽帶點南洋風的蟹肉清湯




Grilled swordfish in olive and squid ink sauce, topped with squids. Very ordinary dish.
花枝,劍魚,義大利麵再加上馬鈴薯,搭配黑色的墨魚汁醬和橄欖醬


Steamed turbot in cream and citrus sauce, forgetful.
清蒸蝶魚搭配奶油橙醬


Roasted local pork, very juicy, sweet and flavorful, the sweet caramel apricot, onion and vanilla matched it nicely.
岩手産的豬排,搭配香草,醃製的焦糖杏子,和香煎小洋蔥,口感相當嫩滑的豬排,但味道不特別


The rabbit meat, with mustard and sage. Little too light in flavor, masked by the mustard sauce.
帶點野味的兔子肉,搭配蔬菜和芥茉醬








Avant Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with raspberry sauce. The mint leaves compliment it nicely.
前甜點~香草冰淇淋,搭配新鮮的覆盆子醬和藍莓




Dessert: Mango sorbet on apricot jelly, covered with intensely flavored apricot foam, a great match.
甜點~芒果Sorbet,搭配杏子凍,味道非常濃郁的杏子泡沫



Dessert: Chocolate Sensation, bitter sweet Guanaja chocolate ice cream on ice milk and Oreo cookie. Great presentation, but little ordinary tasting.

甜點~巧克力冰淇淋佐焦糖片,千層棒和巧克力,最底層還有巧克力餅乾,不膩,也沒想像中的甜




卡布奇諾在米其林大餐後,顯得相當遜色~還是老公公煮的好喝


Awful tasting double espresso, can't even finish it. Only bitter taste.


Panna Cotta with citrus sauce and mint, rich tasting.
橙醬佐薄荷,豐富的口感,非常滑順

Kanda Yabu Soba, supposedly one of the best Soba restaurant.
CNN記者介紹,全日本最好吃的蕎麥麵~~蕎屋,靠近上野的淡路町











Hot soba soup in raw egg. Too salty and simple.
熱的蕎麥麵,搭配半生不熟的蛋,很像上次箱根的那家,這次的比較不好吃,口感較鹹



Cold soba in Yam paste dip. Nothing special.
這是搭配山藥醬的涼麵,有點黏黏帶著幾分奶香



Rush hour in Shinjuku.

Very juicy and delicate fig.
去年也是這個時間來東京旅遊,新鮮的Fig,難忘的滋味,今年當然也不能錯過


Aoki Macarons.
新宿的大立伊勢丹百貨的甜點區,幾乎每家甜點鋪都有馬卡龍,這家是從法國紅回日本的Aoki~~
滿滿的櫃子,好壯觀ㄚ


Herme vs. Aoki, both Ok. Herme's Caramel and Aoki's Plum are the best of all.
今晚是Herme vs. Aoki的大對決~~據說Herme的馬卡龍是全世界最好吃的~~


比較後,我和老公公還是覺得Robuchon的勝出~~
